We
at Williston Crossings are proud to have you as our guest. To
ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all our guests and
to maintain the beauty of our resort we ask that you observe the
following guidelines during your visit with us:
- Do not change sites without checking with the office. Sites
are only guaranteed for days paid for.
- We do not have speed bumps - please maintain slow speed.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, those
visiting our resort guests must leave by 10:00 pm.
- Positively no vehicles of any kind can be parked on the grass.
Only one vehicle allowed per site. Additional parking is available
upon request. Boat trailers, trailers, etc. must be stored in
the storage area.
- Parents are responsible for the behavior and actions of their
children at all times. Young children must be accompanied to
the restrooms and laundry. Bike riding is not permitted after
dark. No rollerblading or skateboarding.
- No objects may be tied to or hung from any tree or post. No
clotheslines allowed.
- Trash is picked up daily, put all trash out in the morning,
in plastic 13 gallon or larger garbage bags and tie securely,
(NO grocery store or "Wal-Mart" bags).
- State Law requires sewer rings at all sewer connections.
- No car or RV repair is permitted on site unless prior written
approval from the office. Washing of vehicles is permitted with
the purchase of a pass at the office. Bugs may be removed from
the front of your vehicles upon arrival without purchasing a
washing permit.
- Rates cover two adults and two children under 12. Extra guests
must be registered and paid for at the office.
- Check out time is 11:00 am unless prior arrangement. Check
in is after 1 pm.
- Do not trim any trees or bushes, the office will be glad to
assist you.
- Visitors must register before entering the park.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed only on your site or at designated
areas.
- No fire rings are allowed, any fires at sites must be approved
before burning.
- No "home made" RV's or school busses are allowed
without staff approval upon inspection. The staff has the right
to refuse rigs 10 years old or older. Tents, pop-ups, vans or
van conversions are not permitted.
- All satellite dishes must be attached to the motor home or
kept to within three feet of your rig.
- Pets must be under control on a leash not to exceed 6 feet
in length. No aggressive or barking dogs will be allowed. No
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Akitas. Pets are not allowed in the
clubhouse, laundry room or restrooms. Pets are NOT allowed outside
on ropes, chains or in cages or pens at your site, they must
never be left unattended; no fenced in areas are allowed. Pick
up after your pets in all park areas even parts still under
construction. Violators, when caught, will be charged an additional
fee of $25.00.
- Positively no solicitation in the park. No sales or display
of goods permitted at individual sites.
- Only outdoor patio furniture permitted outside of RV.
- Please limit potted plants to five healthy plants per site.
- Responsible behavior is expected. The management reserves
the right to refuse entry to or dismiss any person and their
property from the park.
- Fireworks are not permitted in the park.
Williston Crossings
is not responsible for damage by mowers to items that are left
at the site in the grass areas.
The resort is
not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident or theft nor
any loss, damages, or injury to any resident or any guest of residents,
or property of either.
The Management
reserves the right to change the guidelines of this Resort without
notice or to evict any persons violating these guidelines.
