Cancellation
Policy:
All cancellations or charges to
short term reservations require 24 hour notice.
Guest that do not arrive on their reservation date will be charged
one day’s fee on their credit card and the remaining days
on their reservation will be cancelled.
All cancellations or charges to
long term reservations require a 30 day notice
for refund with a $100.00 cancellation fee that will be deducted
from the deposit amount. Guests that do not arrive on their scheduled
reservation date will forfeit their entire deposit and the remaining
days of their reservation will be cancelled unless prior arrangements
are made.
